Stay better connected to your leads with GoSite's integration with Thumbtack

Connecting your Thumbtack account to GoSite allows you to message Thumbtack leads through GoSite’s Messenger platform and keep track of your newly-formed connections in your Contact Hub. This article will show you how to connect your Thumbtack account to GoSite.

Once you're connected, whenever you’re matched with a lead on Thumbtack, it will be automatically entered into GoSite’s Contact Hub. Once there, you’ll be able to track, automate, and personalize all customer communications—from SMS messages to invoices and payments.

Which device are you using?

Connecting Thumbtack to GoSite on your computer

  1. Log in to GoSite on your computer.

  2. Click the profile icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select "Manage My Business."

  4. Select "Integrations."

  5. Click the “Connect Thumbtack” button.

Note: If you're not logged into Thumbtack, you will need to enter your email and password. In case your email and password change, you will need to update the information here.

6. Click “Allow” to connect your business with GoSite.

7. You will see a confirmation that your Thumbtack account is connected to GoSite.

Connecting Thumbtack to GoSite on your iPhone

  1. Log in to your Thumbtack account.

  2. Click the "Profile" icon in the bottom right corner.

  3. Click on the gear icon (settings).

  4. Select "Account Details."

  5. Click "edit" under "Business Profiles."

  6. Click the share icon (box & arrow) to copy and paste the URL into a new browser.

  7. Your Service ID will be located at the end of the URL (ex.[your business ID]/)

  8. Log in to GoSite on your iPhone.

  9. Click "Menu" in the bottom right corner.

  10. Select "Manage Business."

  11. Select "Integrations."

  12. Enter in your Thumbtack email, password and service ID.

    Note: if your Thumbtack email and password change you will need to update the information here.

  13. Click "Update."

    Note: Please allow up to two business days for the integration to connect.
