How to send review requests to new or existing customers from your GoSite dashboard
Review generation is essential for your company to rank well on Google and Facebook. Sending review requests to all of your clients will help you receive quality reviews that will strengthen the credibility of your business online. This article will teach you how to send review requests from both your phone and computer.
Note: Customers cannot leave a review on multiple platforms at the time same through the GoSite Review Request. Posting the same review across multiple platforms may be flagged as spam or fraud by the search engine. Allowing only one review to be placed at a time ensures the review is organic and prevents any red flags being raised.
Which device are you using?

Log in to GoSite on your computer.

Click "Reviews."

Click the blue “Send Review Request” button on the upper right hand side.

Under “New Review Request” enter a client's name, email, or mobile number. Either type in an existing client from your Contact Hub or input a new phone number or email.

Click “Send Review Request."

Log in to the GoSite App and click the three-line Menu icon in the bottom right corner.

Tap “Reviews.”

Click the blue “+” button in the bottom right corner.

Under "Request a Review," enter a client's name, email, or mobile number from your Contact Hub.

To the right of the Contact Name, you will see either an envelope icon (email) or a text message icon (SMS). Before sending your review request, please ensure that this icon matches your desired contact method.

Add multiple Contacts by tapping the “Add Another Contact” section.
Note: If you send multiple review requests, at once, via SMS text, they will likely be sent out over time in order to prevent the phone carrier from flagging it as spam.

In the "Message" area, type out a friendly message to your client(s).

If you wish to copy the review request link for use outside of your GoSite dashboard, click "Copy Link."

Tap the “Send” button in the top right corner.

Log in to the GoSite app and click the three-line Menu icon in the top left corner.

Click "Reviews."

Next, tap the blue “+” button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Under "Request a Review," enter a client's name, email, or mobile number from your Contact Hub.

You can add multiple Contacts by tapping the “Add Another Contact” section.
Note: When multiple review requests are scheduled via SMS text, the Reviews tool will not send them all at once. In order to ensure that your reviews are not submitted at once and consequentially flagged as spam, review requests will be sent to your customers over time.

In the "Message" area, type out a friendly message to your client(s).
