Sending an SMS Text From Your Contact Hub

Send texts to clients directly from the Contact Hub in your GoSite Dashboard

GoSite's Contact Hub not only stores all of your contacts but also allows you to send messages without leaving your GoSite Dashboard. In this article we will show you how to send SMS texts from the Contact Hub!


Which platform are you using?

Desktop

Sending an SMS Text

  1. Log in to GoSite.

  2. Click on “Contact Hub.”

  3. Find the contact you would like to send an SMS text message and click on the Phone icon next to their phone number.

  4. Type your desired message in the message box.

    Note: If you wish to attach a file or photo click on the “Attach Files” button.

     

  5. Click “Send” to send the SMS text message.


Using the "Manage" Feature in the Contact Hub

Alternatively you can send a text message from the Contact Hub by clicking on the “Manage” button. Follow these steps to learn how!

  1. Log in to GoSite.

  2. Click on “Contact Hub.”

  3. Find the contact you would like to send an SMS text message and press "Manage" to the right of their name.

  4. Select "Send SMS" from the dropdown.

  5. Type your desired message in the message box.

    Note: If you wish to attach a file or photo click on the “Attach Files” button.

     

  6. Click “Send” to send the SMS text message.


iPhone

  1. Log in to the GoSite mobile app.

  2. On the lower part of your screen, tap “Contacts.”

  3. Find and select the contact you would like to send an SMS text to.

  4. Press the "Message" button.

  5. Type your note and press the paper airplane icon to send the SMS text.


Android

  1. Log in to the GoSite mobile app.

  2. Tap the three-line menu icon in the top left corner.

  3. Select "Contacts"

  4. Find and select the contact you would like to send an SMS text to.

  5. Press the "Message" button.

  6. Type your note and press the paper airplane icon to send the SMS text.
