Connecting Your Facebook Business Page to GoSite

Connecting your Facebook Business page to GoSite allows you to do the following from your GoSite dashboard:

• View and respond to your Facebook reviews

• View and respond to Facebook messages

• Post to your Facebook Business page

• Send review requests to your customers with the option to leave a Facebook review

• Create Facebook events

Note: If you haven't yet created a Facebook Business page, you can create one by visiting facebook.com.

Which device are you using?

Connecting your Facebook Business Page to GoSite from your Computer

1. Log in to GoSite from your computer.

2. Click the profile icon in the top right corner.

3. Select "Manage My Business."

    

   

4. Click the "Connect" button next to "Facebook."

    

   

   A Facebook log in window will appear. Log in to the personal Facebook account associated with your Facebook Business page.

   Note: If you are already logged into Facebook on your computer you'll be asked to continue with that account or "Edit Settings" to sign in with a different one.

    

   

5. Follow the Facebook prompts:

   1. Check the box next to your business and click "Next."

   2. Ensure all options are toggled "On" when it asks what GoSite is allowed to do, then click "Done."

   3. Click "Ok" when you see a message that says you've now linked GoSite to Facebook.

6. In your GoSite dashboard, select your business page from the drop-down menu that appears below the "Connect" button.

   

7. Click "Save."

8. The button next to "Facebook" will change to "Disconnect" once your Facebook is successfully connected.

   

Connecting your Facebook Business Page to GoSite from your iPhone

1. Log in to the GoSite App from your phone.

2. Select "Menu" in the bottom right corner.

3. Click “Manage Business.”

4. Select "Business Information."

5. Press the "Connect" button next to "Facebook.

   

    

6. Log in to the personal Facebook account associated with your Facebook Business page.

7. Follow the Facebook prompts:

   1. Check the box next to your business name and press "Next."

      

   2. Ensure all options are toggled "On" when it asks what GoSite is allowed to do, then press "Done."

   3. Press "Ok" when you see a message that says you've now linked GoSite to Facebook.

8. Press "Select Account" when you reach the page below.

   

    

9. Select the Facebook Business page you would like to connect and press "Submit."

   

    

10. The button next to "Facebook" will change to "Disconnect" once your Facebook is successfully connected.

    

Connecting your Facebook Business Page to GoSite from your Android phone

1. Log in to the GoSite app from your Android phone.

2. Select the three-line "Menu" icon in the top left-hand corner.

3. Click “Manage Business.”

4. Select "Business Information."

5. Press the "Connect" button next to "Facebook.

   

6. Log in to the personal Facebook account associated with your Facebook Business page.

7. Follow the Facebook prompts:

   1. Check the box next to your business name and press "Next."

      

   2. Ensure all options are toggled "On" when it asks what GoSite is allowed to do, then press "Done."

   3. Press "Ok" when you see a message that says you've now linked GoSite to Facebook.
