How to reply to messages received in GoSite
The GoSite Messenger tool allows you to communicate with customers and prospects by text, email, Facebook, and Thumbtack! This article will show you how to respond to a message from your computer, iPhone, or Android phone.
Note: In order to receive your Thumbtack messages in GoSite, you must first connect your Thumbtack account to GoSite. To do this, check out Connecting Thumbtack to GoSite.
Which device are you using?

Log in to GoSite on your computer.

Open "Messenger."

Locate and select the message you wish to respond to.

Type your response in the "Write a message..." field.
If you want to add an attachment, click the paperclip icon to the right.

Click the arrow icon to send!

Log in to GoSite on your iPhone.

Open "Messenger" by tapping the icon at the bottom of your screen.

Select the message you'd like to respond to.

Type your response in the "Add Your Note" section at the bottom.
If you want to add an attachment, click the paperclip icon to the left.

Tap the arrow to send!

Log in to GoSite on your Android phone.

Click the three-line menu icon.

Select "Messenger."

Select the message you'd like to respond to.

Type your response in the "Message" section at the bottom.
If you want to add an attachment, click the paperclip icon to the left.
