Canceling your GoSite subscription

If you would like to cancel your services with GoSite, follow the steps below. Once your payment term has ended your subscription will be discontinued.

Note: Canceling your GoSite subscription from your GoSite account is currently only available from a computer. If you don't have access to a computer you can email your cancelation request to [email protected].

  1. Log in to GoSite on your computer.

  2. Click the profile icon in the top right.

  3. Select "My Account."

  4. Select "Products & Billing."

  5. You will see your subscription details under "Current Subscription."

  6. To cancel your subscription, click the red "x" in the box with your subscription details.

  7. You will be prompted to complete and submit a deactivation form.

  8. Complete all required fields.

  9. Press the "Next" button at the bottom.

  10. Complete all required fields on the next page.

  11. Press the "Submit" button at the bottom.

  12. You will receive confirmation of your submission.

  13. Click the "Confirm & Cancel" button at the bottom.

  14. After you complete the above steps, a note will appear at the top of your dashboard with your deactivation date.

    If you change your mind about canceling, simply reach out to us by chat, or by email at [email protected].

    The cancellation of your account means:

    • Your GoSite dashboard will be deactivated.

    • Your website will be removed from our servers. If you wish to save any content from your website make sure you are able to copy it before the end of your payment term.

    • You will retain access to your domain name. Email [email protected] to let us know when you would like your domain to be transferred to a new host and we will provide you with an EPP code. When making your request, keep in mind that EPP codes are only valid for 48 hours.
