Requesting General Account Changes

If you would like to request a change to your GoSite subscription type, please email [email protected].

To view your subscription details and update your payment method, check out "Update My Billing."

Canceling Your Subscription

If you would like to cancel your services with GoSite, you can email [email protected] with your request. Once your payment term has ended your subscription will be discontinued.

The cancellation of your account means:

  • Your GoSite dashboard will be deactivated.

  • Your website will be removed from our servers. If you wish to save any content from your website make sure you are able to copy it before the end of your payment term.

  • Your online listings (seen in the Placement tool) will be removed.

  • You will retain access to your domain name. Email [email protected] to let us know when you would like your domain to be transferred to a new host and we will provide you with an EPP code. When making your request, keep in mind that EPP codes are only valid for 48 hours.
