You can purchase a new domain name for your website directly through GoSite. Allowing GoSite to purchase a domain name for you will actually speed up and simplify the process of getting your website live!

Note: If you want control over your domain name, we can transfer it into a personal account of yours after 60 days. If you want access to the domain name prior to the 60 days, we can grant you Delegate Access via email address.

The cost to register a domain through GoSite is $20/year.

Types of Domains (Top-level Domains)

The top-level domain (TLD) is the highest level of the domain hierarchy and refers to the part that comes after the “dot” in the domain name. For example, in the domain name:, the TLD is “.com.” The top-level domains we offer at this time are: .com, .net, and .org.

We currently offer these three in order to keep the price consistent. Other TLDs can be more expensive. If you do not wish to register the domain through GoSite, we can still connect our site to domains registered elsewhere.

Checking domain availability

We can only register domains that are currently available and not owned by another entity. There are many options for checking domain availability, one way to check for availability is through the domain name search tool.
