Updating your payment method from your computer

  1. Log in to GoSite from your computer.

  2. Click the profile icon in the top right.

  3. Select "My Account."

  4. Select "Products & Billing" (under "Account Settings").

  5. Your subscription details will be at the top of the page.

  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  7. To edit an existing payment method, click the arrow in the top right corner of the debit or credit card you would like to update and select "Edit."

    Click the card information to edit the card.

    Click the "Add New" button to add a backup payment method.

    Fill out your card information, then click the "Add" button.

  8. Alternatively, you can select "+ Add Payment Method" to add a new payment method to your account.


Updating your payment method from your mobile phone

  1. Click this link.

  2. Follow the prompts to log in to your GoSite account.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to "Payment Method."

  4. To edit an existing payment method, click the arrow in the top right corner of the debit or credit card you would like to update and select "Edit."

  5. Alternatively, you can select "+ Add Payment Method" to add a new payment method to your account.
