Import your contacts from QuickBooks to GoSite, and export payment data from GoSite to QuickBooks
GoSite's QuickBooks integration syncs your:

Contacts from QuickBooks to your Contact Hub

GoSite sales to your QuickBooks account

GoSite Invoices to your QuickBooks account
This article will guide you through how to set up these QuickBooks integrations with GoSite.
Note: The QuickBooks integration is currently only available for QuickBooks Online.

Log in to GoSite on your computer.

Click the profile icon in the top right corner.

Select "Manage My Business."

Select "Integrations" under "Business Settings."

Click the "SYNC WITH QUICKBOOKS" button.

Check the boxes for each integration you would like set up:

Checking "Sync Contacts to GoSite" pulls your customer list from QuickBooks into your GoSite Contact Hub. It will continue to sync each time you open GoSite.

Checking "Sync Transactions to QuickBooks" will sync all GoSite Payments transactions that are marked as "Paid" with your QuickBooks account. They will appear in QuickBooks as invoices. Only transactions made after the integration was set up will sync.

Checking "Sync Invoices to QuickBooks" will sync all GoSite invoices to QuickBooks except for those marked as "Processing." Paid invoices will appear as "Paid" in QuickBooks, and invoices with all other statuses will appear as "Overdue." Only invoices created after the integration was set up will sync.
Note: If you don't have Payments set up yet, you will only see the option to sync your contacts. To set up Payments, check out Applying for the Payments Tool.

Press the "Connect to QuickBooks" button.

You will be prompted to log in to your QuickBooks account in a new window.

Log in and follow the prompts to finish connecting your account.

Once QuickBooks is connected, you will see the below icon in the Payments tool in the top right corner.
Alternative ways to sync QuickBooks with GoSite
From Contact Hub
Open the Contact Hub and click the "Import" button in the top right corner. Select the QuickBooks icon. Follow the prompts.
From Payments
The "SYNC WITH QUICKBOOKS" button can also be found in the Payments tool in the top right corner. Click the button and follow the prompts.

Log in to GoSite on your computer.

Click the profile icon in the top right corner.

Select "Manage My Business."

Select "Integrations" under "Business Settings."

Click the "Disconnect QuickBooks" button.
