Understanding Your Engagement Tool Insights

The meaning behind the click, delivery, and unsubscription rates in your Engagement tool

To help evaluate the success of the emails you send with the Engagement tool, GoSite provides you with some insights.

Note: The Engagement tool is not available on the GoSite mobile app.

The steps below will show you how to access the Engagement tool insights and break down what each means.

  1. Log in to GoSite on your computer.

  2. Select "Engagement" from the menu on the left.

  3. At the top of the page, you will see your email engagement insights.

    Click Rate = the percentage of recipients who have clicked on your emails

    Delivery Rate = the percentage of campaigns successfully delivered to recipients

    Unsubscription Rate = the percentage of recipients who have unsubscribed from your mailing list

  4. In the graph below the overview insights, you have the option to view your insights in different time intervals by selecting “Weekly”, “Monthly” or “Yearly."
