Adding a Note to a Customer's Contact Page

Use the Notes feature in the Contact Hub to help you remember important information about your customers!

The Contact Hub allows you to leave Notes for any of the contacts stored in your dashboard. Notes are a great way to stay organized, make reminders, and leave descriptions for clients.


Which platform are you using?


Desktop

  1. Log in to GoSite.

  2. Click on “Contact Hub.”

  3. Find the contact you would like to leave a note for. Click "Manage" to the right of the contact and select "Edit Contact" from the dropdown.

  4. Navigate to the “Notes” section on the contact page.

  5. Type your note in the “Add your note” box. Then, click the paper airplane icon to save.

    Note: You can delete notes by hovering over the note and pressing the "x" button to the right of it.


iPhone

  1. Log in to the GoSite mobile app.

  2. On the lower part of your screen, tap “Contacts.”

  3. Find and select the contact you would like to add a note for.

  4. On the Contact page, scroll down to the Note section

  5. Type your note and press the paper airplane icon to save.


Android

  1. Log in to the GoSite mobile app.

  2. Tap the three-line menu icon in the top left corner.

  3. Select "Contacts"

  4. Find and select the contact you would like to add a note for.

  5. On the Contact page, scroll down to the Note section

  6. Type your note and press the paper airplane icon to save.
