The Messenger Tool is meant to simplify communication between you and your clients! Within the Messenger tool you can both:

  1. Communicate with website visitors via the Messenger Widget.
  2. Send and reply to text messages with your clients and prospects.

Aside from being a chat feature on your website, Messenger allows you to send text messages to your clients straight from your GoSite Dashboard. Your Messenger tool has a computer auto-generated phone number assigned to your individual dashboard.

Note: the auto-generated phone number will automatically have your same area code so customers know it's a local number.
