How to Reset Your GoSite Password

    Having trouble logging in? Here's how to reset your password.

    • First, you'll need your login e-mail, which you have set up during your Kick Off call after signing up with us.
    • If you ever forget your login e-mail, don't panic! Just visit us at gosite.com to chat, or reach out to us via e-mail (help@gosite.com), and we’ll be more than happy to give you your login information.

    Step 1: Go to cloud.gosite.com

    Step 2: Click the "Forgot your password?" link

    Step 3: Enter your registered e-mail. (See above if you forgot your e-mail)

    Step 4: Check your e-mail's inbox for an e-mail from us so you can reset your password.
