Add multiple contacts to your Contact Hub at a time by importing from Gmail, Outlook or QuickBooks
Staying organized in the Contact Hub will help you maintain constant communication with your customers through text or email. This article will teach you how to add contacts to the Contact Hub by importing your contacts directly from Gmail, Outlook, or QuickBooks.
Note: This function is currently only available on a desktop computer. You cannot import contacts on the mobile app on an iPhone or Android.
Importing from Gmail, Outlook, or QuickBooks

Log in to GoSite.

Click on “Contact Hub.”

In the top right corner, click “Import".

The QuickBooks, Google, and Outlook icons can be found below “Import from.” Click on the desired platform that you want to import your contacts from.
QuickBooks:

If you choose QuickBooks, make sure that the checkbox for “Sync Contacts to GoSite” is ticked.

Click “Connect to QuickBooks”.

A pop-up will appear where you will enter your sign-in details for QuickBooks.

Once you sign in, your contacts will automatically import into the Contact Hub!
Google

If you choose Google, a pop-up will appear where you will enter your sign-in details for Gmail.

Once you sign in, your contacts will automatically import into the Contact Hub!
Outlook

If you choose Outlook, a pop-up will appear where you will enter your sign-in details for Outlook.

Once you sign in, your contacts will automatically import into the Contact Hub!
