Learn how to view and resend receipts to clients in the Payments tool

The Payments tool keeps an organized record of all transactions and receipts. Read this article to learn how to download and resend receipts in the Payments tool.


Which device are you using?


Downloading and sending receipts from your computer

  1. Log in to GoSite on your computer.

  2. Select "Payments."

  3. Click on the transaction you would like to make changes to or click the "Manage" drop-down menu on the invoice and select "View."

    Note: You can only download and send receipts for transactions that are marked as "Paid."

  4. Select the "Manage" drop-down menu.

  5. Choose "Receipts."

  6. You'll be presented with the following options:

    "Send via SMS" will prompt you to either confirm, enter, or change the phone number the receipt is sent to by text message. Press the "Send" button to send the receipt by text.

    "Send via Email" will prompt you to either confirm, enter, or change the email address the receipt is emailed to. Press the "Send" button to send the receipt by email.

    "Receipt Download" will prompt you to choose where on your computer you would like to save the .pdf receipt file. Click the "Save" button to download the receipt.


Downloading receipts to your iPhone

  1. Log in to the GoSite app on your iPhone.

  2. Select the Payments icon from the bottom of your screen.

  3. Tap the transaction you would like to make changes to.

    Note: You can only download and send receipts for transactions that are marked as "Paid" with the green checkmark.

  4. Download the receipt to your phone by clicking "Download PDF."

  5. Click the share icon in the top right to save the receipt to your phone or choose how you would like to share it.
