What to Expect:

Our processing partner, CardConnect, is responsible for the underwriting and approval of Payments tool applications. Their team will contact you within 3-5 days by phone and email to attempt to gather additional documentation. Please note this outreach may be from CardConnect, or their parent companies FirstData or Fiserv, depending on the scope of the request. Fiserv, First Data, and CardConnect are all trusted preferred partners of GoSite.

Documentation requested by CardConnect may include, but is not limited to:

  • Form of ID

  • Voided Check

  • Bank Statements

  • Tax Documentation

  • Legal DBA confirmation

  • Address Verification
