MULTI-LOCATION: How Do I Send Review Requests?

Sending review requests is a great way to boost review generation.

Review requests can be sent by an admin or location manager from the dashboard. By texting or emailing customers after their experience with your business, you increase review generation.

How To Send Review Requests

  1. Login to your location dashboard and click on “Reviews” located on the left hand side.

  2. On the upper right hand side, click on the blue button named “Send Review Request.”

3. A pop-up will appear. Under “New Review Request,” there is a text box. Enter the Name, Email, and Mobile Number of your client.

4. When you are ready, click on “Send Review Request” to send out the review request.

Note: You can also type in a contact group name to send a bulk review request.
