We just rolled out a fresh new QuickBooks Beta Integration 🎉. You'll be able to sync GoSite Payments & Contact Hub with your QuickBooks account!

Please Note:

• The QuickBooks integration is only available for QuickBooks Online at this time.


👥 QuickBooks & GoSite Contact Hub

When you connect QuickBooks with Contact Hub, GoSite will pull the customer list from your QuickBooks Account into GoSite. Contacts will pull a fresh customer list anytime you add a new contact to Quickbooks.

Connect QuickBooks to GoSite Contact Hub:

  1. Navigate to the “Contacts Hub” section on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
  2. Next to the “Add Contact” button, click on the "Import Contact" button.
  3. A small drop-down menu will appear and you will see the Google, Outlook and Quickbooks icons can be found below “Import from.” Click on the QuickBooks icon to sync your QuickBooks Account to GoSite.
  4. A pop-up will appear and you will be directed to sign into either your Google, Outlook, or Quickbooks account.
  5. Once you've logged in, your contacts will automatically import into your Contacts Hub!

Please Note:

• You can also modify these settings in the Integrations section located under the Manage My Business settings.

• After adding contacts in QuickBooks, login to GoSite or if you're already logged in refresh your browser to see contacts appear in Contact Hub.

💰 QuickBooks & GoSite Payments

When you connect QuickBooks with GoSite Payments, the Manually Added Transactions as well as the Payment Links from your GoSite Account into QuickBooks.

Invoices will not push to QuickBooks, but don't worry - we're working on it! 👩‍🍳

Connect QuickBooks to GoSite Payments:

  1. Navigate to the “Payments” section on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
  2. Click on the "Connect QuickBooks" button
  3. A pop-up will appear and you will be directed to sign into QuickBooks
  4. Once you've logged in, your transactions will automatically push to your QuickBooks Account.

Please Note:

• You can also modify these settings in the Integrations section located under the Manage My Business settings.

• Only Manually Added Transactions & Payment Links will push to Quickbooks for this Beta version.

• Only transactions in the Paid status will push into your QuickBooks account.
