Scheduling An Email Campaign

How to schedule an email campaign to be sent at a later date or time

After creating a customized email template with the Engagement tool, you have the option to either send your email out immediately, save it as a draft to come back to, or schedule it to be sent at a later date.

How to Schedule an Email Campaign

  1. Follow steps 1 - 13 from Sending an Email Campaign.

  2. Click the "Schedule This Mail" button.

  3. Find and select the date on which you would like your email to be sent. Use the arrow buttons to choose a different month.

  4. Select a send date.

  5. Once you've selected the send date, click the button with the clock icon.

  6. Use the arrow buttons to adjust the hour and the minute you would like your campaign to send.

  7. Click the AM/PM button to switch between AM and PM.

  8. Click the "Confirm" button to save your changes.

    You will be able to view your scheduled email campaign from the main Engagement page in the "Scheduled" tab until it's sent.

    To make changes to the date and time your email campaign will be sent, click the "Manage" drop-down menu and select "Edit." Follow the steps above to update the date and/or time.

    Once your campaign is sent it will be moved to the "Sent" tab on the Engagement tool homepage.
