Emails enhance client-owner relationships and encourage customer loyalty and repeat business. The Engagement tool allows you to use templates or HTML codes to create email campaigns and communicate with large groups of customers at once.

Sending Email Campaign through Template

1. Log in to your GoSite Dashboard.

2. Navigate to "Engagement" and click “Create New Campaign.”

3. To create an email using a provided template, click “Create Custom Email.”

4. Select your desired template.

5. Customize the template by dragging and dropping buttons, paragraphs, text, and links.

6. Once you've selected and customized your email template, click “Continue.”

7. In the "Campaign Setup" form, input your campaign name, email subject, and sender’s (your own) name and email. Then, click "Continue."

8. Under "Choose Recipients," you may select to "Send to All Contacts" or to a specific Contact/Group. Once you've chosen your email recipients, click "Continue".

9. Lastly, review your customized email and click “Send” to send out your emails! You may also choose to schedule the emails to be sent at a later date.

Sending Email Campaign through HTML Code

1. Log in to your GoSite Dashboard.

2. Navigate to the “Engagement” tool in the dashboard and click “Create New Campaign.”

3. Click “Copy & Paste HTML Code.”

4. Under "HTML Text Editor," paste your HTML code. Then, click "Continue."

5. Once you've selected and customized your email template, click “Continue.”

6. In the "Campaign Setup" form, input your campaign name, email subject, and sender’s (your own) name and email. Then, click "Continue."

7. Under "Choose Recipients," you may select to "Send to All Contacts" or to a specific Contact/Group. Once you've chosen your email recipients, click "Continue".

8. Lastly, review your customized email and click “Send” to send out your emails! You may also choose to schedule the emails to be sent at a later date.
