Send emails to your current clients and prospects. Emails enhance client-owner relationships and encourage customer loyalty and repeat business. This tool will allow you to contact multiple recipients at once. Within the GoSite Dashboard you can send emails from templates or by HTML code.

Sending Email Campaign through Template

1. Login to your GoSite Dashboard.

2. Navigate to "Engagement" and click “Create New Campaign.”

3. To use a template, click “Create Custom Email.”

4. Select the desired template.

5. Customize the template by dragging and dropping buttons, paragraphs, text, and links.

6. Once built, click “Continue” to set up the campaign name, email subject, sender’s name, and email (i.e. your name and email).

7. Choose your recipients whether they are in your Contacts/Groups or by manually adding in email addresses.

8. Click “Continue” to preview the template and click on the “Send” button send out your emails! You can also schedule the emails to be sent at a later date.

Sending Email Campaign through HTML Code

1. Login to your GoSite Dashboard.

2. Navigate to the “Engagement” tool in the dashboard and click “Create New Campaign.”

3. Click “Copy & Paste HTML Code.”

4. Follow the steps provided for: “ HTML Build, Setup, Recipients, Preview & Send.”

5. HTML Build is where you paste the HTML code.

6. Click “Continue” to set up the campaign name, email subject, sender’s name, and email (i.e. your name and email).

7. Click “Continue” to choose recipients: “Send to All Contacts” or “Send Manually & To Groups.”

8. Click “Continue” to preview the template and click on the “Send” button send out your emails! You can also schedule the emails to be sent at a later date.
