Staying in touch with your customers on a regular basis is essential for any business. With the Contact Hub it's easier than ever to send emails and stay in touch with your customers!

Which platform are you using?


Desktop

Sending an SMS Text

  1. Log in to GoSite.

  2. Click on “Contact Hub.”

  3. Find the contact you would like to send an email to and click on the envelope icon next to their email address.

  4. Type your desired email message in the message box.

    Note: If you wish to use a, existing template email, select one of the templates. You can also attach a file or photo to the email by clicking on the “Attach Files” button.

  5. Click “Send” to send the email.

Using the "Manage" Feature in the Contact Hub

Alternatively you can send an email from the Contact Hub by clicking on the “Manage” button. Follow these steps to learn how!

  1. Log in to GoSite.

  2. Click on “Contact Hub.”

  3. Find the contact you would like to send an email to and press "Manage" to the right of their name.

  4. Select "Send Email" from the dropdown.

  5. Type your desired message in the message box.

    Note: If you wish to attach a file or photo click on the “Attach Files” button.

  6. Click “Send” to send the email.


iPhone

  1. Log in to the GoSite mobile app.

  2. On the lower part of your screen, tap “Contacts.”

  3. Find and select the contact you would like to send an email text to.

  4. Press the "Message" button.

  5. Type your note and press the paper airplane icon to send the SMS text.


Android

  1. Log in to the GoSite mobile app.

  2. Tap the three-line menu icon in the top left corner.

  3. Select "Contacts"

  4. Find and select the contact you would like to send an email to.

    Note: make sure there is an email saved in the contact page you have selected

  5. Press the "Message" button.

  6. Type your note and press the paper airplane icon to send the email.
