The Booking Tool gives your clients the opportunity to book appointments right on your calendar directly through your website. No calls, no fuss, just appointments!

*Note: To received booked appointments you must have GoSite Booking Tool enabled. Learn more about upgrading.

Scheduling Appointments Through the Booking Link on your Site

1. Once you click "Book an Appointment" the following form will appear:

2. This form allows you to capture information about each scheduled appointment. The client is required to fill out “First Name”, “Last Name”, and “Email Address” in order to book an appointment with your business.

3. If the client wants to be reminded of the scheduled appointment via SMS, they can tick the “Send me the reminders via SMS” box.

Note: Your clients will need to check the reCaptcha “I’m not a robot” box before they can click “SUBMIT” and complete the process.

Viewing Appointments

1. To view appointments click “Booking” on the left side of the dashboard.

2. To view an appointment, hover over the grey “Manage” button on the right-hand side of the page. A small menu will appear; click on the “View” option.

3. You client’s contact information as well as the appointment details will be displayed.

This will help you organize your day and prepare for any upcoming or past appointments.

  1. Click the Menu button in the bottom right corner (three horizontal lines).
  2. Click "Booking."
  3. You will see a list of your Booked appointments.

Filtering Bookings

  1. To filter to see your other Bookings click the filter icon in the top right corner.
  2. You can then select “Pending booking,” “Upcoming booking,” “Past booking,” “Canceled booking.”

Viewing an Individual Booking

  1. To view the booking details, click the desired Booking.
  2. You can see the time, date, service and customer name.
  3. You can also call, send SMS, email and cancel the booking from this view!

Adding a Booking

  1. To add a booking yourself click the blue and white plus button on the right hand corner.
  2. Select the Contact you will be scheduling the Booking with. You can also add a new Contact.
  3. Select the Service. You can also add a new Service.
  4. Select the date and time.
  5. Write a short description of the appointment in the "Message" section.
  6. Toggle On or Off to have SMS reminders sent to you.

  1. Search for a specific booking from the Search Bar on the top of the screen.
  2. You can search by name of associated contact, phone number of associated contact, _________ *what else - Jordan, Shaela*

  1. To filter to see your other bookings click the filter icon in the top right corner

5. Write a description and any notes for the Booking in the "Message" section.

6. Toggle On or Off to have SMS reminders sent to you.

7. Click "Save" in the top right corner to save your Booking!
