Need to make changes to an existing customer booking? This article offers step-by-step instructions on how to reschedule, cancel, and edit booked appointments in the GoSite Booking tool from your desktop. The Booking tool has two views in the dashboard: List View and Calendar View. This article will walk you through changing a booking in both views.

Rescheduling a Booking In Calendar View

  1. Log in to your GoSite Dashboard.

  2. Select the "Booking" tool from the menu on the left-hand side.

3. Find and click the appointment you wish to change on the calendar.

4. The booking details will appear on the right-hand side of your screen. Click "Reschedule."

5. To change the date of an appointment, click on the calendar icon next to the text box labeled, "Select appointment date." Then, choose your desired date from the calendar.

6. If you only wish to change the time of the appointment, you must still input the appointment date. Select the desired date then click on the down arrow to choose a new time.

7. Click "Save" to save your changes.

Canceling a Booking In Calendar View

  1. Log in to your GoSite Dashboard.

  2. Select "Booking."

  3. Find and click the appointment you wish to change on the calendar.

  4. The booking details will appear on the right-hand side of your screen. Select "Cancel."

  5. To cancel the booking, select "Yes, cancel appointment."

Editing a Booking In Calendar View

  1. Log in to your GoSite Dashboard.

  2. Select "Booking."

  3. Find and click the appointment you wish to change on the calendar.

4. The booking details will appear on the right-hand side of your screen. Click the pencil icon to edit the booking details.

5. Here you may adjust the fields for Contact, Location, and Appointment.

6. If you wish to receive text message reminders about the booking, check the box labeled "Send me the reminders via SMS."

7. If you would like to send your customer a text notifying them about the updated booking, check the box labeled "Notify the customer about the changes in the booking."

8. Click "Update Booking" to save your changes.

Reschedule, Edit or Cancel a Booking In List View

  1. Log in to your GoSite Dashboard.

  2. Select the "Booking" tool button on the left hand side

  3. Click on the three lines icon in the top right corner to get to the List View. Once there, you should be able to see a list of your bookings with details for each.

  4. Find the booking you are looking to change and click on the "Manage" button to the left of the booking. Four buttons should popup for you to choose from (View, Edit, Reschedule and Cancel).

  5. To reschedule the booking, select "Reschedule". A popup will appear allowing you to choose a new "Appointment Date" and "Appointment Time". Once you have chosen a new date and time, click "Save" to update the booking.

To edit the booking, select "Edit". A popup will appear allowing you to modify booking details (ie Contact, Location, Service, Appointment, etc). Make all necessary changes and press "Update Booking" to finalize the changes to the booking.

  1. To cancel the booking, select "Cancel". A popup will appear asking you to confirm that you want to cancel the appointment. Please press "Yes, Cancel Appointment" to cancel booking.
