1. From your Dashboard click "Booking."

2. Find the appointment you wish to adjust.

3. Click "Manage" to see the menu of that booking and click "View" from the dropdown.

4. From this view, you can see the customer information and details regarding that appointment.

5. If you wish to reschedule the appointment click "Reschedule."

6. If you wish to cancel the appointment click "Cancel."

7. To confirm click "Yes, Cancel Appointment."
