This article will walk you through the steps for resetting your GoSite password when you can't log in.
Navigate to the GoSite login page on your computer, or open the GoSite app on your phone to log in.
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot Password?"
Enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your account.
Click the "Submit" button.
If you entered your email address, you will receive an email with a 6-digit one time passcode from [email protected]. The email subject will read: "One Time Password (OTP) for reset password on GoSite."
If you entered your mobile number you will receive a text message with a 6-digit one-time passcode from 78156.
Clicking the "Reset Password" button from your "One Time Password" email will take you directly to the password reset page, or you can enter your one-time passcode in the "Enter your OTP" field.
Click the "Submit" button.
You will be prompted to create a new password.
Click the "Submit" button.
Your password will be reset and you will be logged back into your account!
