You can send SMS messages directly to your clients through Messenger product in the GoSite dashboard.

Desktop

  1. Login into the GoSite Dashboard navigate to the “Messenger” section, which can be found on the left-hand side of the page.
  2. Now, click on the blue “Send Message” button in the top right corner of the page.

3. Enter the phone number and message you would like to send.

4. Once you’re finished, click the blue “Send” button. You can also send SMS texts through the Contact Hub!

Note: The dashboard will send the text from a computer auto-generated phone number that has your same area code so your customers know it’s from a local number. This number is located in the top right corner of your Messenger dashboard next to “Send Message.”

iPhone

  1. Click the Menu button in the bottom right corner (three horizontal lines).
  2. Click "Messenger."
  3. You will see a list of all your SMS chat history.

4. To start a new SMS message, click the blue and white plus sign on the bottom right corner.

5. Enter the phone number you wish to text.

6. Type out your message and attach any files such as photos, videos, documents by clicking the paperclip icon.

7. When ready click the Send button (paper plane icon) to send your SMS message.

Android

  1. Click the Menu button in the top left corner (three horizontal lines).
  2. Click "Messenger."
  3. From this page you will see your chat history.

4. To start a new SMS message, click the blue and white plus sign on the bottom right corner.

5. Enter the phone number you wish to text.

6. Type your Message in the "Message" field.

7. You can attach an image, video, or document by clicking the paperclip icon on the left.

8. Once you’re ready click the Send button (paper plane icon).

9. You can also navigate between "All Chat," "My Chat" and "Deleted" from the Messenger menu.

Note: The number you are sending an SMS message from is an assigned number to your dashboard. You can view this number if you log into the desktop version of your dashboard under Messenger
