Reviews are a vital part of your business's online success. *93% of consumers say reviews have an impact on whether or not they purchase a product or service. To improve your review presence online and get the best results it is important to tailor your review requests to match your customers.

Desktop

  1. From your Dashboard click "Reviews."
  2. Click "Settings."
  3. Scroll down until you find “Request Email Message.”

5. Here you can customize the messaging of your review requests. Note: Use positive grammar here. If you are positive, your customers will be too!

6. To edit the subject line of your review requests, scroll up slightly to "Review Email Subject" and make the desired changes.

7. Click "Home" to save.

iPhone

  1. Click the Menu button in the bottom right corner (three horizontal lines)."
  2. Click "Manage Business."

3. Under "Product Settings" select "Reviews."

4. Scroll down to the "Review Email Template" section.

5. Here you can edit all the settings within an email - the subject, the reply message, the message, etc.

6. Make you desired edits. To save all edits click “Update” in the top right corner.

Android
